• Conceptualizing of interior designs and covers.

• Handling high-res Pre and post production.

• Attending and art directing photo shoots.

• Issuing monthly quality printing reviews.

• Working closely with advertising team to create necessary PDFs as a selling tool.

• Overseeing and aiding approval of Advertorial advertisements.

• Work closely with publisher and marketing director to gear overall look and feel to communicate to readers and advertisers.

• Working closely with Photo Editor and Editorial staff.

• Help organized photo shoots.

• Managing a staff of three designers and two photo editors.

• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining a multiple-million dollar art budget.

• Attended editorial planning meeting and coordinated and conducted art planning meetings.

• Attended and art directed photo shoots.

• Approved model selections.

• Approved all layouts and designed major features and all covers.

• Responsible for success redesign.
